Why i get FEVER&COUGH?

My Parents brought me to consult the doctor.My temperature was 38.2.SO HIGH SIA
Consultation Fee & Medicine cost mi about 55dollar.Went to took dinner at the nearby coffee shop.After eating our dinner,we decided to took cab home.
My head was spinning like a Merry-GoRound.
